2019年7月8日 · First things first - XCom effectively uses a D100, not a D20, and it's a system of roll-under rather than roll-over. For this reason, you might be interested in something like Fantasy Flight's old Dark Heresy system, which more accurately represents XCom's mechanics.

XCOM is a different game, it IS not dnd. It has similarities, but it is obviously not the same thing. They both have a subsystem that is turn based tactical combat.

I know there's baldur's gate and stuff, but I'm thinking of a more tactical, turn based system with the base building and resource management aspect.
