You didn't research enough or in the proper places to find good information unfortunately.

But before inviting it I wanna know what can someone with no admin rights do..I don't want someone to just copy everything and i wish that only the people with administrator can do anything other than the help command.

2022年5月31日 · Use a bot called xenon, and load a template of another server. If you want to build it all yourself, just copy a server with like 1 or two channels, then delete those channels. Xenon will automatically delete all these channels, including pings. I have recovered my 1.6k server this way, with total leaves of 50 members.

It’s general moderation features are also great, including everything you’d be getting with a bot like MEE6 or Dyno.

2023年1月24日 · I'm writing a bot that requires me to find and edit an existing message in the channel. I couldn't figure out which permission to use to allow me to READ messages from a channel. Tried checking everything in Bot and it just says "50001 missing access" I resorted to just asking for admin permissions during testing.

The bot would have to create a server, copy all the channel roles and categories, paste them in the new server, all in the correct order with the correct permissions, then copy the name and picture of the server and apply those, and then transfer ownership of the new duplicated server to you, not necessarily in that order.
