I can download the Xfinity Stream channel but when I try to connect it says I need a subscription. I do have a subscription and verified that with Xfinity.

2024年3月11日 · All of a sudden my Xfinity stream is just buffering on any channel I select. I checked connections, for outages, changed out Roku, deleted and reinstalled app and it just goes to the channel and buffers and also won’t play any saved shows.

2024年8月12日 · Thanks, Jharra. I tried all of those and nothing worked, unfortunately. I did find a page on the Xfinity site indicating that only Roku model numbers ending in the letter X are compatible with Xfinity Stream. All of the ones I’ve tested end in RW. Are the 3800RW, 3900RW, and 3910RW supposedly still compatible with the Xfinity Stream app?

2023年6月11日 · SOLVED: I had the same issue, there is no option to favorite channels from the Roku Xfinity Stream app. Then I pulled up the Stream app on my iPad! When using the Live TV tab, you can click on stars beside each channel number to make it a favorite. Within about 10 minutes all the new favorites updated on the Roku app on my TV as well.
