Xia Chen (M’13–SM’18) received the B.S. degree in power system and its automaton from the Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2006, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, in 2008 and 2012, respectively.
