Xia Zhao[4] (simplified Chinese: 赵霞; traditional Chinese: 趙霞; pinyin: Zhào Xià; born July 28, 1988) is a Chinese professional wrestler and mixed martial artist signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) under the ring name Léi Yǐng Lee. She also makes appearances on the independent circuit under her real name.

As the first Chinese woman to ever compete in a WWE ring, Xia Li was no stranger to breaking down barriers. Recruited to the WWE Performance Center in January 2017, after she had impressed talent scouts at a tryout in Shanghai, Li made her debut mere months later, competing in the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament.

Dr Xia Li’s research focuses on corporate sustainability, with a particular interest in climate change and firm strategies. In particular, the first research stream explores firms’ adaptation and mitigation strategies in response to climate change.
