2021年12月21日 · It used to work until August where Sony with one of updates revoked support for PS4 devices for PS5 games. Currently you can use XIM with PS5 only for installed PS4 games. CoD MW will work but CoD Vanguard will not work. You can use it for PS5 games with remote play from PC or PS4.

2023年11月18日 · XIM is not the target of a device block or ban on Xbox, that’s a rumour spread by anti-XIM gaming communities. XIM requires an OEM Xbox controller connected at all times for authentication and it appears as that Xbox controller. For PS5, neither XIM 4 nor APEX work with PS5 games. Take a look at the new XIM MATRIX, which does have PS5 support.

2023年11月19日 · Only XIM MATRIX works on PS5. And yes, you can use 120FPS because MATRIX doesn't touch video or audio over Remote Play, it's input packets from m/kb or controller only. You still play the game on your screen.

2021年2月18日 · The Xim Community forums are literally packed with information and links to PS5/XSX-compatible firmware. I'm using mine with my PS5, so I can confirm that it absolutely does work. As the other comment in this thread states though; you'll have to use a 3rd-party PS4 controller (HORI Minipad is what I use) instead of the Dualsense for now.

2022年8月21日 · Basically you can only play PS5 native games on Dualsense controller. Therefore, since Xim Apex is a 3rd party device, it won't be recognized by PS5. HOWEVER, this problem can be solved through remote play that Sony offers to the users. Remote play is basically casting your PS5 screen and controls to a 3rd party device.
