2003年11月23日 · I had a YBA CD1 Alpha for 5 years now.. and I sold it a few weeks ago.. Now i am in the market for a used/demo CD player. I currenlty have a YBA PRE1 YBA Diamond interconnects and speaker cable with a Harman Kardon Citation II amp HIGHLY MODIFIED..( work in progress) currenlty using a YBA 2HCDT amp as loaner.

2001年2月11日 · Both the phono stage and the YBA CD1 are connected using YBA Diamond interconnects. The Diamond interconnect on the digital side is beautiful, but the analog side is a bit edgy. I recently auditioned Cardas Golden Reference and while that cable has nice imaging, it is sluggish in the upper end.

2003年8月26日 · Golder Ears..YBA has been keeping up.. If you ever listen to a YBA 3 Delta and compare it to an Alpha you will undertand. Open up a Alpha and Delta the only thing that seems to be the same is the drive unit..and of course the power supply`s.. xformers etec.. I had a CD1 alpha for many years and I am looking to purchase a used or demo CD1 delta ...

2003年12月2日 · I have the opportunity to buy either a Plinius 8200MKII or a YBA Passion Integre integrated amplifier used for approximately the same money. Both units are in great shape as I know the owner and he is getting out of high end equipment. My other equipment is a Rega Jupiter CDP, Vienna Acoustic Beethoven speakers and Acoustic Zen cables.
