Learn the sport of football and the importance of teamwork by being part of our fun, fast-paced, co-ed flag football league! Practices are at least once a week at local schools and parks with games on Saturdays.

The YMCA Flag Football program is designed to help your child learn the game in a safe and fun environment! All players will practice for one hour a week with games on Saturdays. All players are guaranteed equal playing time at the Y to help them develop in game-like situations.

Y Flag Football is designed to teach the basic skills of Flag Football to newcomers and refine skills for return players. Focuses include throwing, catching, rules and regulations of the game, team work, sportsmanship and fair play for all. Available in spring and fall.

Ready, set, play! YMCA flag football teaches kids the FUNdamentals of the sport in a caring and supportive environment. YMCA football is an age-appropriate program with an emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship in an encouraging environment.

YMCA youth flag football teaches kids how to play together on the field with a no-contact version of football. Teams learn basic plays, good sportsmanship and the foundations of the game with our volunteer YMCA coaches.

If you have children ages 4-10, the YMCA is a great place to enroll them in a flag football program. Through this program, they will get the chance to learn basic footwork, ball-handling techniques, and fundamental football skills in a safe environment.
