2020年8月21日 · This is the game manual of Ys: Ancient Ys Vanished from it's original release on the PC-88 computer in Japan. This version of the game manual contains much more content than the manual for any port or localization, and even includes a full story taking place before the beginning of the game.

This is a complete translation of the original PC-88 Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished: Omen manual's background story section (pages 5-32). It explains Adol Christin's journey from his hometown to Promalock, then Port Barbado, and finally to Minea, where many versions of Ys I begin.
