YTL Corporation is a Malaysian conglomerate. YTL Corporation Berhad (YTL Corp) was founded by the late Tan Sri Dato' Seri (Dr) Yeoh Tiong Lay in 1955. It started as a small construction company as Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn. Bhd. (SPYTL or YTL Construction), which is the first turnkey contractor in Malaysia. [1] .
