Located in Queens, New York, Flushing YABC is a New York City Department of Education District 79 High School Program offering afternoon and evening classes leading to a high school diploma. Operated in partnership with New York City Department of Education (DOE), our Young Adult Borough Centers (YABCs) are designed for older adolescents who have not graduated from high school and have challenges like caring for a child, and work schedules, which can hinder students from graduating.
