As a Lockheed test pilot on the Cheyenne program, I was the first to fire all 6 TOW missiles successfully on a single flight. I also did most of the night vision testing at Yuma Proving Ground. It could have been the best combat helicopter the Army could have had, cancelling the program was a bad decision.
