The Graded Hammer weighted action on the Yamaha P250 is superb. The keys are heavier in the lower registers and lighter in the higher registers; just like a grand piano. The built in speakers don't disappoint. The sound of the P250 is also quite phenomenal. It's probably the closest you can get to the sound of a real acoustic piano, for that price.
