2008年6月28日 · The XT250 is not a Harley. If you wanted a Harley ride you would've bought a Harley. The XT250 is a light bike designed to get itself to and from the trail without the need of an expensive, gas guzzling support vehicle. Use it daily as a commuter? Do-able for under an hour. But it takes a mindset that says "I'm in it for the adventure."

2008年2月21日 · But the odometers are pretty accurate and these are interconnected (speedometer and odometer), so this proves that they are doing it on purpose. Anyway I checked the top speed the other day on the bike with my gps. The bike showed that I was going around 85 or so, but my gps showed the true speed at 71.1 mph.
The 2013 & newer Fuel Inj XT250 run well but they can run better.

2008年12月14日 · Seems like a lot less shifting, yet it pulls the gear spread just fine as shown by the slow speed excelleration test. The 225 engine sounds quieter with less mechanical noise than the 250. Btw the 250 has 1400 miles now and the 225 has 5700 miles.
