2023年4月7日 · Moving your YMAV up is called a curtailment and used to be completed with a 4187 signed by the first O6 in your chain; now I believe it’s done through a PAR and I’m fairly sure HRC can still deny them as they’re the final approval authority. I got my YMAV shortened at my last duty station to get into the market sooner. I was already KD complete.
