In the current study, we sought to explore whether exosomes exert their effect on the CVB3-induced pathogenesis or evade the immune attack. Our results showed that exosomes-carried CVB3 could effectively infect viral receptor-negative immune cells in vivo, resulting in inducing immune system loss.

2023年1月12日 · In vivo experiments demonstrated that inhibition of exosome coupling with virions attenuated CVB3-induced immunological system dysfunction and reduced mortality.
