2023年8月11日 · Recently I found a Philips VY-0010 floppy disk drive which looks awesome next to my VG-8020. I bought the drive (including 2 x D6450 datarecorders) as untested / not working. The drive belt was completely deteriorated and 1 of the fuses was blown. Both are now replaced. But when testing the drive I got some errors. Spindle motor runs.

2023年9月4日 · The Philips VY-0010 is a single sided 360kB 3.5" floppy disk drive with interface adapter. It supports up to two drives. It is Identical to the JVC HC-F303 and Sakhr AFD-01, even the ROMs can be swapped. It is possible to upgrade the ROM to support double sided (720kB) media, but this also requires the actual drive to be replaced.
