The price point is really attractive, at only $600 it’s a good deal for a Zapco amp, let alone a 6 channel amp with DSP. 2022年4月23日 · I purchased an older zapco dsp z8. The seller stated he had issues connecting to reset the dsp before sale. I asked him if he could be of any help and was directed to a member here named John. No word back from John in weeks. I have downloaded both software versions for the dsp z8 even though neither stated they were for my model.

2009年4月25日 · It's a remote possibility compared to the multitude of other applications the DSP 6 it would shine in. Now if the DSP 8 was out or two DSP 6 units would be used it's a no brainer. Notice doubling up on the Bit ones does nothing for you EQ wise. Either way, little reason to doubt the Zapco EQ is in fact better.

2022年5月23日 · Hi all I have contacted electrical engineers and they no longer service the DSP Z8 due to not being able to get parts. I contacted G.S.AmpRepair via email and am waiting on a reply. Lastly I have also put in a request to john@zapco via email and will wait for a reply. Anyone know of a repair shop that makes repairs tonZapco equipment?

2020年2月12日 · Which DSP do you recommend Zapco Z8-IV II or Helix DSP.3 or anything else? I like Zapco. It´s bluetooth built-in and director inclued thus it´s cheaper than helix but isn´t helix better choice? Don´t need more than 8 outputs.

2017年5月27日 · The zapco DSP V will be a nice one to look at. On paper it's got huge potential and the built in HD player is a nice touch if you perfer that model. I have had team members run the other Zapco DSP's in the past and they loved them along with some Matt Roberts Class A modified C2k it made for an excellent system.

2022年4月28日 · 1.0.1rc1 is better that the original version but I can see why it's still frustrating. I'll stick with Arc's DSP, they may not have the so called SQ specialness of the BRAX and ZAPCO but at least tuning is a breeze. I'm tuning a Tundra this weekend with a Helix....Hopefully the GUI got better in version 4 than it was in version 3

2013年2月13日 · I could hold on and provide my DSP 6 for a couple of months, but the Z8 will be installed well before then and unavailable from me. I think what Bing was alluding to was a comparison that provided empirical data and possibly one in which that data could help define which unit has more of an advantage, qualitatively speaking.
