2010年10月27日 · The ZKE module is located behind the glovebox. There were several generations of the "Body Control" module and each generation has its own part number. To get the correct part you need to remove your module and make sure the replacement has the exact same part number. These modules are plug and play.

What I find helpful for finding a parasitic short is to place a fairly large power resistor in series with the fuse to keep it from blowing (I use a couple 15 ohm 5W resistors in series) and then check the current through the wiring ...

2013年4月29日 · The ZKE should not need to be programmed that I've ever heard. As for the likelihood, I've only ever heard of one ZKE module failing. Yet every other month for years there is a complaint of the comfort relay dying.

2019年2月1日 · What does the GM4 module do? It controls interior lighting, central locking (door locks, trunk and fuel filler door), door lock heater, power windows and power sunroof. The GM4 is located behind the glovebox above the Relay Module 4 (RMIV) and Washer/Wiper Module. This module uses 5 relays.

2010年11月1日 · The Supplemental Restraint System control module provides a switched signal to the GM in the event of an accident. This signal was previously provided by the Crash Alarm located in the left front kick panel on earlier models (<97 MY).

ZKE III is responsible for the control of various body electronics systems. Although there are some functional differences from model to model, the majority of the functions and systems are identical. The ZKE III system is comprised of the General Module (GM III) which is connected to a network of peripheral modules all connected by a bus network.
