2016年2月1日 · The photoluminescence (PL) of temperature-dependent of ZnO nanoparticles and nanorods prepared following a sol–gel preparation method is investigated. The size and shape of the nanostructures used are shown to influence the luminescence properties both in the near ultraviolet and visible domain.
