Shimotsuki Kuina was a childhood friend, relative and rival of Roronoa Zoro. She was the daughter of Shimotsuki Koushirou and the granddaughter of Shimotsuki Kouzaburou making her a descendant of Wano Country's famed Shimotsuki Family.

Arashi then married the daughter of a mountain bandit named Tera and sired his own son named Zoro, who became a rival to Kuina. After Kuina's death, Zoro inherited the Wado Ichimonji and later became a bounty hunter, and then a member of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Tera was the daughter of a bandit from the East Blue. She is the mother of Roronoa Zoro, as well as the wife of Roronoa Arashi.

Kuina (くいな, Kuina) was the deceased childhood friend of Zoro, and the only daughter of Koshiro and was the reason why Zoro developed the Santoryu technique. Kuina was a little girl, with short dark blue hair, and dark brown eyes.

ZoYori is the het ship between Roronoa Zoro and Kozuki Hiyori from the One Piece fandom. Zoro and Hiyori are good friends and allies that met on Wano. Initially, Zoro was completely unaware who Hiyori was, both as an Oiran or as the daughter to the late Kozuki Oden.

After learning her name, Zoro reveals to her that her older brother Kouzuki Momonosuke is alive, indicating that he believes her. Hiyori has also shown to trust Zoro very much, revealing her own identity to him, sleeping on top of him during a cold night and remaining with him after being chased by the Oniwabanshu.
