Learning switch axe - is ZSD a trap? : r/MonsterHunterWorld - Reddit
ZSD in general is best used when the monster's weak point is about to be out of reach or is generally out of reach (e.g. Anjanath's tail). With the ZSD cancel, it can be somewhat safe to spam it and it might be a better alternative than to give the monster a manicure.

2023年3月22日 · For ZSD try to do full ZSDs if possible (still hop of when the bellyflop comes). Use temporal and rocksteady mantle and if you can fit it in tool specalist 5 and db 5. health augument is super nice for very good healing with zsd. SA question when to use ZSD? : r/MonsterHunterMeta - Reddit
2021年4月5日 · Damage loop combo is still quite decent, you can end a down with CFD, and Soaring Wyvern is frankly kind of useless outside of cancelling ZSD lag, whereas the alternative switch skill is at least another tool you can use. Buuuuuuuut sword go boom is still a compelling argument, and ZSD into soaring wyvern is undeniably satisfying.

zsd is pretty good against fatalis : r/MonsterHunterMeta - Reddit
2020年10月2日 · I always play the DPS role who hunt the head of Fatalis by spamming ZSD. Once in a successful run, we had 3 SA players, spamming ZSD we got to break the head fully in the last phase of the fight. I finally made a build with 2 Fatalis armor now allowing me to max out Divine Blessing and Tool Specialist to even make the ZSD more effective.

All you need for ZSD is an amped sword and a body part that doesn't get attacked with; and with a mantle, you don't even need the latter.

2022年7月24日 · Yes For ZSD Only I recommend Power Phials with Power Prolonger 3. For Crit Skills only Wex every other Crit Related Skill is just a waste of Slots. Also it works very well with Dereliction and Blood Rite since the Fixed Damage Numbers of up to ~ 850 giving you cracked amount of HP back
Zsd spam vs alatreon. : r/MonsterHunterMeta - Reddit
2020年10月11日 · ZSD latches on and allows you to output constant dps to the head. Fatalis also has a lot of moves that have huge areas of effect on the ground, but blind spots whilst clutched clawed onto him. SA is able to output constant dps and avoid otherwise hard to dodge moves simultaneously, thanks to ZSD.
Is Zero Sum Discharge worth it in Rise? : r/MonsterHunter - Reddit
2021年3月25日 · As warriorfrog mentioned there is a skill that you can activate mid-air to keep up your dps IMMEDIATELY after a ZSD, so the move is a bit safer too. That being said, we have not really experimented with the alternate discharge: the one that looks like the final attack from mhgu's trance slash attack.
Question for switchaxe ZSD spam : r/MonsterHunterWorld - Reddit
2020年4月1日 · For ZSD spam, canceling it right at the end should always be better. The explosion at the very end will be weaker with a lower motion value than if you commit fully, but the massively reduced recovery means you can get right back on that monster and ZSD again.
