The DMW E-Registration Platform, previously known as BM Online, streamlines and simplifies the registration process for OFWs, allowing them to access their records and obtain and OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) or exit clearance without the need to queue in the nearest DMW office in the Philippines.

The DMW requires all OFWs, including seafarers, land-based workers, and aspiring overseas workers, to create a DMW eRegistration account. The DMW Online Services Portal has four main sections: (1) eRegistration, (2) DMW HelpDesk, (3) Appointment, and (4) Online Jobfair.
