2019年2月20日 · As for CIBs and awards of higher precedence, they would be maintained at the orders issuing HQ, which is also responsible for uploading them to iPERMS. If you need a copy, go through your CoC and get them from the Orders Issuing HQs. You will not be the only one with this issue, so support should not be a problem.

2019年6月23日 · CIB and CAB orders are in a format 200 permanent orders. It doesn't look like anything. It's half a sheet of plain 8 1/2 x 11 letter paper, likely signed by the Adjutant at Brigade S1. There is no big flashy certificate. If someone shows you theirs, it was obtained commercially and not an official document.

2021年2月14日 · CIB orders lost years ago while in the Army, never showed up on iperms/myERB or in any VA records. Basically, I was given my CIB in country in 2011 and they took the only copy I had because "S-1 needed to make copies" and when we asked for them back nobody could find them.

If there are any websites for your old unit, they usually have message boards. Maybe somebody surfing on the. website might have a copy of the orders with your name on it. Have you tried requesting a copy of your OMPF?

2018年7月25日 · CIB Permanent Order not found. I was deployed to Iraq in 2011. I received my CIB there and its listed on my 214. However, recently I was wanting to gather the supporting documents for a retroactive award that would require 2 sworn statements.

I believe it is format 200 which is a one page (half page) permanent order that says you were awarded the CIB for action on such and such date being engaged in combat with the enemy... if you were awarded the CIB, it would be at the BDE S1 permanently....hence permanent orders.

2024年7月22日 · The diagnosis is directly related to combat though, with lots of supporting documentation from my DD214, CIB, Valor Award, and documentation of events in C&P exam documentation. However, the DA 199 MEB proceedings does list the sections V1 & V3 as yes for both which states that the injury was incurred in combat.
