2025年3月21日 · Yep. I have an 11 inch 2018 Pro and a relative has the 12.9 inch. Both still working great. I want a larger screen for reading music and have been going back and forth between the M2 Pro or the M4 -- not that I need either, but since I am now used to the 2018 with a promotion screen and Face ID, I think I would miss them.

2022年12月7日 · On the other hand, the 2018 iPad pro is still a very good tablet. The screen is exactly the same for the 11' one as well. The only "downside" is the 4GB of RAM so if you can have the 1TB version that comes with 6GB of RAM, it's basically like having a 2020 iPad Pro.

2009年10月22日 · I have a 12.9” 2018 iPad Pro and had no interest in upgrading, but I’m a sucker for oled so am very tempted now. I’ve used the Apple trade in a few times and never had an issue, even when things have had nasty dings or scratches. Always got the full price. My IPP might be pushing it though.

2019年1月29日 · From what I gather – the miniLED display is a worthy upgrade to the 2017/2018/2020 iPad Pro display, on almost any front. Jump from 2017 4gb iPad Pro 10.5 to 6GB 11-inch 2020 Pro was very significant to me, so I can imagine that a jump from 4 to 8 (or 16) GBs would be even more significant.

2018年12月26日 · I mentioned before in a few posts on this forum that my 1st generation iPad Pro 12.9-inch was a complete mess. The backlight was GLARINGLY bright in one corner, while having a streak of a warm shift down the center. I exchanged a few times and got variations of the same problems. This new 12.9-inch 2018 iPad Pro is LEAPS-AND-BOUNDS better.

2021年12月22日 · Based on previous experience with 2017 Pro 11/Air 3 and 2018 Pro 12.9, I'm still inclined to believe the A14 2020 Air 4 would have better battery life than the refurb A12X 2018 Pro 11. 5nm vs 7nm, 6W vs 15W TDP, fewer CPU cores, half the GPU cores.
