What I would like to do is eliminate the kext rehabman and work with WEG. trying to activate the brightness first on 10.11 and maybe trying to activate it later on 10.13 where the brightness control never worked.

2024年12月16日 · After some research I found out that this package install feature is an undocumented feature of macOS. I guess you probably can also throw other apps in .pkg format into this "Packages" folder to have them installed unattendedly alongside macOS.
