Omni-Man (Nolan Grayson) is a character in American comic books published by Image Comics. He was created by writer Robert Kirkman and artist Cory Walker (with Ryan Ottley) as an expansion of a character concept created by Alan Moore and Chris Sprouse.

He is infamously known as the fallen "superhero" Omni-Man, who is also secretly known by his adopted Earth name Nolan Grayson. He is the husband of his first wife Debbie Grayson and widower to his late second wife Andressa, the father of Mark and Oliver Grayson.

Following the restart of a new timeline, Nolan was once again Omni-Man - Defender of Democracy. After the Flaxan invasion occurred in Saudi Arabia in the new timeline, Nolan discovered that Mark was hiding that his Viltrumite abilities had awakened from him.
