Bordwell pKa Table - Organic Chemistry Data
2017年10月27日 · Below are tables that include determined pKa values for various acids as determined in water, DMSO and in the gas Phase. These tables are compiled in PDF files below. For a more comprehensive discussion on this topic, please see Acidity and Basicity by professor William Reusch, Michigan State University.

The pka of water and H 3O+ have been experimentally determined to be 14.0 and 0.0, respectively. Earlier values of 15.7 and –1.74, respectively are erroneous numbers proposed by scientists who made some errors in the calculated “rational” values. See: 1) Helv. Chim. Acta 2014, 97, 1. and 2) J. Carbonyl Chemistry - Organic Chemistry Data
6 天之前 · This set of pages originates from Professor Hans Reich (UW-Madison) "Advanced Organic Chemistry" course (Chem 547). It describes chemistry of carbonyl compounds, including but not limited to these topics: enolates as nucleophiles; enolate equivalents with higher and lower reactivity; carbonyl groups as electrophiles; and controlling reactivity, regioselectivity, and …

weaker (pKa . 30) base than the dialkylamides above. Used where a delicate touch is needed (e.g. for enolate alkylation when halide is part of the molecule[3]) and where hydride reduction occurs with LDA. LiHMDS will give the thermodynamic enolate under appropriate conditions. Chiral Amide Bases.
Common Solvents Used in Organic Chemistry: Table of Properties
2020年8月9日 · Notes: In 2005, this table was adapted by Dr. Brian J. Myers, Webmaster of ACS Division of Organic Division (DOC) from: Professor Murov's Organic solvent table. The values were obtained from the CRC (87th edition), or Vogel's Practical Organic Chemistry (5th ed.).; Solubilities are in water and are reported as grams solvent/100 grams water.
