High TMTV at baseline was significantly associated with inferior PFS and OS in patients receiving either lenalidomide maintenance or placebo. Baseline TMTV combined with ECOG PS could improve risk stratification for patients who respond to R-CHOP induction, meeting an unmet need for early and better identification of ultra-risk DLBCL patients.
