2016年7月24日 · In this project we created all-purpose LNAs for all QSO types (Tropo, Contest, EME, etc.) for 2m and 70cm bands. LNA was designed using ATF-531P8 E-pHEMT with High IP3 (37 dBm). Noise figure is much better than on PGA103+ or SPF5189z for 2m band (< 0.2dB). ATF-531P8 E-pHEMT is more reliable than low power ATF-54143 (SAV-541+).

Double High Power Relays with 16A contacts. Extreme Low Loss on the transmit side thanks to RT/duroid® 5880 Laminate. Less than 0.1 dB. With Excellent Wide-band Return Loss of 144 – 148 MHz. Better than -35 dB. Transmitting side of EME2-144: Gain -20 dB, NF= 0.7 dB, Input RL= -15dB, IP3out >37dBm.

2016年9月11日 · It’s possible to use LNA for civil LPD frequency band (433 – 435 MHz) and PMR frequency band (446 MHz) with usage of the feeder and stationary remote antenna. The solutions for other frequency ranges (4m, 2m, 1.25m and 70cm) are also available. The LNA is manufactured based on PGA-103+ Mini-Circuits Monolithic Amplifier with high dynamic range.

The designed LNA is undisputed NF leader at the 2m band. For the 70cm band it is identical to LNA based on SAV-541+, but it has better dynamic range and maximum allowable power at the input.
