The Blood Mountain Boys are a go-gang which claims almost all of Route 169. [1] The gang is an "urban-primitive" type of gang. They earn money by running errands for various syndicates and smuggling alcohol, BTLs, and drugs.

The Princes of the Blood are an elven gang. It's stronghold is in Montgomery but they have hideouts throughout the sprawl. The gang controls a few thrill gangs made up of rich-kids, elf wannabes.
