2024年7月27日 · The Department of Physics of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) has started functioning as a full-fledged department since the inception of the University in 1962. The department has been offering Physics courses to undergraduate Engineering & Architecture students.

Per BUET regulation, the total credit hour requirement for both M.Sc.Engg. andM.Engg. degrees is 36. For the M.Sc. degree, 18 credit hours are for course work (equivalent to 6 courses), and 18 credit hours are for a mandatory thesis.
