Blood Donor is a Still Alive short that could only be viewed by fans who bought the Still Alive package. The episode was later released for free. The short begins with an unconscious Giggles lying on a hospital bed with an empty IV connected to her arm.

New Job as the Plot Demands: Lumpy is a doctor in this episode. Noodle Incident: We never see why Giggles is in the hospital in the first place.

Still Alive is a package of five new episodes of Happy Tree Friends. It was first announced with a teaser released in late October. Over a month later came a promo with the same name, stating that the episodes would be available for digital download to help boost profit for Mondo Media, as budget issues were the main cause of the hiatus.
