2018年4月4日 · So I have a few issues with this bike. it has an 80cc 3 speed semi automatic gearbox, and when started it revs really high (I think to the limiter) then dies. There is no throttle response when it does this. In order to get the bike to go you need to pour fuel into the mouth of the carb because it cant seem to pull through the jets.

2021年4月3日 · So I was wondering if a 140 cc engine would fit into a pw 80 frame, has anyone tried this before? It should fit. I had a 110cc in mine with a top mounted starter but never wired a battery in.

2007年7月8日 · I have a 2000 PW80 and I have installed a new carb on it and it starts and idles great but when you are riding and get on the gas it stumbles as the rpms come up. I have tried new plugs and have cleaned the air filter. What would the factory settings be for the carb? Do I need a new size jet or change the needle setting?
