The cat boy in Pandora Hearts by the way is called Cheshire Cat and he’s kind of insane and has pretty psychopathic tendencies I remember him having a bell on his neck. There is no metronome though just a bell that rings kind of like the stopwatch Oz Vessalius finds in the first episode that has a random tune.
