2023年5月18日 · Hi - I'm was hoping to avoid paying a liftgate delivery fee by picking up at a FedEx freight terminal (which also happens to be in a less expensive zone). Is there an option for that when configuring the shipment, or could I just put the address of the terminal? I'd be loading onto a flatbed trailer, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

They don’t hand out parcels to customers. They don’t have a mechanism for that. The only thing I ever did at the distribution terminal was to turn in corrected commercial invoices. You can pick up a package at a shipping center with the right door tag after delivery attempt.

I opened an account, added a credit card and set up the pickup through FedEx Ground. The package was picked up the next day from the hotel, the manager texted me.

2019年3月16日 · If it's Express and "delivery before 10:30 AM" you have a chance that the driver will return to the station before it closes and you can pick it up. If it's Home or Ground, I think this is unlikely. Better question is whether or not you have the tracking number. If you do, call 1-800-GO-FEDEX right away and talk to them.

2022年10月13日 · Under options, there is Lift Gate at Pick Up, Lift Gate at Delivery and Residential Delivery. Do I have to choose Lift Gate at both Pick Up and Delivery twice if I am shipping to a residential address?? NBD. Waited all day yesterday and it never came. Woke up this morning to 2 more updates. One says it'll be delivered 10/1, and another says 10/2. The FedEx website shows 10/1 in the next 4 hours but at this point who knows, looks like I'm gonna be walking and paying for ubers for a while. Thanks FedEx 👍🏻 You guys totally aren't garbage.

So I decided to stay up today and wait for my package. The FedEx driver arrives and parks across the street. I opened my front door and opened up my shutters and watch the vehicle through the window. The driver never got out and just sat in the vehicle for 10 mins or so and then moved and parked around the corner.
