SnO 2 has been used for the TiO 2 ETL because of its enhanced region binding, UV light resistance, strong charge extraction, and low photocatalytic activity compared with its many competitors. However, the poor electronic mobility of the SnO 2 ETL synthesized at low temperatures limits the growth of PSCs.

Characterization is investigated, electrical and optical characteristics. XRD range confirms the tetragonal phase of SnO2 crystalline 15.0–20.0 nm. The characterization of the SEM shows the uneven particle shape and scale of the nano meter. The spectrum of FTIR confirms the development of SnO2.
