As far as helping deal with food offerings, carry a waterborne with you to allow you to refuse drinks. Same with snacks and meals, carry your own. It makes it much easier to turn things down.

2012年5月24日 · Thirding, especially with your addition! My plan is to figure a hybrid keto/paleo lifestyle once my weight has stabilized and I'm happy with it. Increase carb allowance, but not by much, keep the focus on fats, and keep processed carbs and starchy veggies to a minimum.
