2024年9月27日 · I noticed that the SB9 bridge on the STM32F429I-DISC1, which connects the SWO pin of the ST-Link to PB3 on the STM32, is ideally not soldered by default. Is there any specific reason for this? Does it affect the SWO functionality or debugging in any way? Should it remain unsoldered unless needed for certain configurations?

2021年3月28日 · Make sure that any Solder Bridges (SB) that provide for connectivity for SWO/PB3 pin are actually make. (SB9) You also need to make sure both ends understand how fast the processor is running, vs the SWCLK, otherwise the baud rate setting will be wrong and you'll get no data.

2020年8月25日 · CN3 Pin 1 marked VDD_TARGET is a special case. It is an input to SWD for detecting the target (debuggee) VDD voltage which can be evaluated by the debugger. High-end debug probes can use that pin for IO level conversion, galvanic decoupling etc.. Think of it as a 1-channel digital voltmeter input.

2008年3月18日 · I have a shaft that needs replacing on a SB9" bench top lathe and it has a taper pin for the large drive pulley. I do know that the pin is 1.75" long, the large end is.250 and the small end is .220. I need to drill a hole in the new shaft and am not sure what size drill to use.

2001年6月16日 · SB9 gear cover hinge pin adjustment... Solved. Hinge pin set in lead, so it sagged, of course. I found several suggestion about remelting, jigging the cover, etc. I decided I was not going to do that.

2012年10月1日 · My SB9 uses a 5/16x18 set screw. I have a 40’s area 9” South Bend lathe, on mine the setscrew that holds the pin to the machine is 5/16-18 and the one that holds the Thread Dial to the pin is ¼-20 with a very small square head. I just now changed it to a socket head caps crew, so I do not have go looking for an adjustable wrench.

2016年3月29日 · The +5V pin only powers the target MCU regulator U3. This difference prevents the ST-LINK MCU from powering up when power is only applied to the +5V pin. As a result, the target MCU is held in the RESET condition if power is only applied to the +5V pin and SB9 is ON.
