HK45c - My least favorite HK so far | HKPRO Forums
Mar 10, 2022 · I have a HK45T with LEM and a DA/SA 45C, and agree completely with you on the DA trigger pull--it's just awful. I'm planning to swap the 45C to the light LEM also, as soon as/if the kits become available. For some reason I don't notice the recoil though, but my groups are definitely better with the full-size HK45 than with the 45C.

HK45C question | HKPRO Forums
Feb 20, 2025 · Put the LEM modification in it, and you've got a light, smooth trigger. I converted my 45c's and USP's to LEM, and all of them with the Grayguns flat trigger and short reset, polished internals, put the heaviest trigger return spring in, and they're like different pistols. The factory double-action pull is horrendous. It can definitely be improved.
Is the h&k 45c a good conceal carry weapon - HKPRO Forums
Apr 24, 2016 · I consider the HK 45C an outstanding carry option assuming the ergonomics and caliber work for you. While the gun is somewhat large for easy concealment, I think usability trumps conceal-ability. Just wear a slightly larger covering shirt or jacket.
HK 45c barrel length and velocity query - HKPRO Forums
Nov 25, 2012 · For background, I have the HK 45c paired with HST +p 230gr as a nightstand gun. I searched around this and other forums and found some relevant information, but still have some doubts. Enough people seem to have chrono'd the HST +p in this pistol as producing very good velocities, so I know that particular ammo works well with the gun.
Hk45 VS HK45C - HKPRO Forums
Mar 22, 2019 · Leaning towards the 45c because of the 10rd mags. Would of been great if the HK45 had the ability of holding 12rds of 45 like the USP, but if it could hold 12rds would the the frame be as good? Probably not and the frame of the Hk45/p30 is one of the best feeling pistols out there, thing is basically a glove.
My take on HK45c grip options | HKPRO Forums
Aug 8, 2014 · I've had my 45c for about 2 months and have played with multiple grip options. The standard grip is fine but I just wish it was a little more grippy. Normally shooting thumb over thumb there is no issue, but it doesn't feel secure enough for me when trying to shoot one handed.
HK45C Appreciation Thread! | HKPRO Forums
Dec 9, 2024 · Hello all! New to the forums but I've owned my HK45C since 2014 and the firearm has really grown on me over the years. Honestly, at first I was somewhat bummed because the grip felt subpar and the recoil was more than expected, but as I've made small modifications over the years it shoots like a...
HK45c Recoil - HKPRO Forums
Dec 18, 2018 · Over the years, I have shot a lot of guns. Mostly I stay in 45, but I have done 40, 9, 357m, 44m, 45lc, and 410. I have shot revolvers, semi autos, from a number of makers. I recently purchased a HK45 and a used HK45c. I took them out a while back and put them through their paces. I loved...
HK45c backstraps | HKPRO Forums
Feb 24, 2008 · I did some measuring and it looks as though the size of the HK45c grip with the larger (medium) backstrap installed is virtually identical to the size of the USP 45c's grip. So for those of us who really liked the way the USP45c felt, the medium backstrap is it. However, there maybe something...
