The Indian 100-rupee banknote (₹ 100) is a denomination of the Indian rupee. It has been in continuous production since Reserve Bank of India took over the functions of the controller of currency in India in 1935.

The new ₹100 denomination banknotes in the Mahatma Gandhi (New) Series bear signature of the Governor, Reserve Bank of India. The note has motif of 'Rani ki Vav' on the reverse, depicting the country's cultural heritage. The base colour of the note is lavender.

After the establishment of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in 1950, eleven note series have been issued under eleven themes. The theme of the eleventh series of notes issued in 2010 is “Development, Prosperity and Sri Lankan Dancers”. At the center of the front of the note, is a drawing of the view of the Port of Colombo as seen now and in history.
