The 107 Hoover Criminals Gang (107HCG), also known as 107 Groove Gang or Selos and formerly known as 107 Hoover Crips Gang (HCG), are a long-standing African-American criminal street gang located on the West Side of South Central, Los Angeles, California.

The Northside 107 Hoover Criminals are mostly young black African-Americans with a few Latino members. Operating in the gang there was a man named Elijah " Shutdown" Brown and he was known for what he did at a young age .

2010年4月6日 · The Hoover Criminals Gang in Portland, Oregon, is considered the most active offshoot of the Hoover Criminals Gang outside of Los Angeles, CA. The Hoover Criminals in Portland, consist of the 112 Hovers Criminals and the 107 Hoover Criminals as well as the 74 Hoovers Criminals Gang.

The 107 Hoover Crips are the largest Crip gang in the Southwest Region. Southwest Region Crips are known for drugs, guns, and numerous homicide incidents. In the Southwest Region, the 107 Hoover Crips are enemies with the NHC 90 Crips and the Rollin 60’s Crips.
