I went around them, submitted my 1506, All enlistment documents, reenlistment and DD214 directly to DFAS. It took 30 days and I received all of my back pay on the next pay period. Also you said 9 years, so you reenlisted at some point.

2021年6月3日 · The 1506 (verified with source documents and pay system entries) is what DFAS uses to correct BASD/PEBD. Only then can S1 submit for date corrections. It's entirely possible that OP's local finance office lost the paperwork or didn't track once the CMS case was opened.
