But, it is almost impossible to reproduce 19Hz and below sound accurately through conventional speakers. Even large cinema speakers for that matter. Music composers generally play around with audible bass(20 Hz and above) to make it sound scary.

I can hear it when I place the synthesis on the bass channel in Sound Forge just fine. That's not what I hear in the youtube video. After checking, I found the primary frequency I hear in the "19Hz" video is exactly 361Hz, which just happens to be 19 2. My complaint was that the compression algorithm used by youtube ruined the effect.

I would recommend either Acid Rain @ DNA or this renegade in Oakland that's being thrown by 7+ local groups that just got announced today. Both are multi genre, 4 stage events for $20-30. This is an excellent answer op, but I’ll add to it that the human eye has a resonant frequency at 19hz. So not only are you perceiving a sound you can’t hear, but your eye jelly starts to vibrate which can cause some visual artifacts.

The golden range is between 17hz to 19hz. 18.98hz is about the resonant frequency of the human eye, which can cause light hallucinations while the tone is playing. Ultimately though, it's worth looking into how many commercial products can generate tones around 10hz. I'm willing to bet most cant, meaning it wont hsve effect on most audiences.
