2011年10月25日 · I found a boost leak on my cold side charge tube under the battery. Very common for those of us with the plastic CAC tube. My leak was loud and PSI was down around 17. First start in the morning, put your hands around the turbo and pipes to feel for air leaks.
Injector weep holes leaking/boost leaking through air filter
2020年5月7日 · Completed an air test on the hpop and found #4 injector leaking through the 2 holes on the top of the injectors. I replaced that injector and drove the truck for only 15 minutes because I have a boost issue still. Parked the truck and no start when hot AGAIN. Another air test revealed injector 7 is now leaking from those 2 holes on top.

2019年2月20日 · Only under high boost 25-28lbs sounds like a boost leak, it’s definfiely air escaping out of somewhere. I also tightened down all the intercooler clamps with no change. From what I can tell I don’t see any soot around the turbo or up pipes-but from what I remember on my 6.0 when the up pipe was leaking it would hiss all the time.

2021年7月2日 · Exhaust leak upstream of the turbo will cause major lack of power/boost. Looks like you found your leak which can be common when putting things back together. Make sure everything is lined up properly before tightening down. Also check all other connections on the exhaust side. Usually just look for soot stains at all joints.
