My starting weight was 220-235 lbs every time, but once I lose 25-30 lbs I gave up and gained all the weight that I've loss and the reason because I was starving myself which is wrong, but never learn from my mistakes. I'm concerned about my self, as I'm at 5'10.5" 250ish, I've gained 5 lbs (weight lifting, my ability is at 1.4x body weight) in the last month but went down two pants sizes (legs dont fit in 36, now waist too big in 38, started at 40-42) and a shirt size since June 2020.
I'm 6'2 and hover around 220lbs or so. Get told I'm"big" all
You're big when you can step on a football field (NFL) and not look out of place. so 6'2+ and 225lbs+ under 15% body fat, so you're lean and muscular. That is big.
