2002年4月23日 · The Toyota 2ZZ-GE engine switches to the high-lift camshaft settings at 6000rpm. The high-lift cam lobes increase intake lift by 54 percent to 11.2 mm and exhaust lift by 38 percent to 10.0mm. The high-lift cam profiles have the effect of increasing valve-opening duration, and therefore the range of inlet timing variation.

Doing it myself also helped me save money and purchase an Exedy clutch, Fidanza flywheel, ES Motor mount inserts, Hondata IMG, newer AEM CAI, AEM Power Pulley, Camber Kit, Hotchkis Sways, Redline MT-90, Royal Purple, MWR rod and main bearings, ARP Flywheel bolts and a sh.tload of other mods.

In order to get it to 185 - 190 wheel HP (like the video posted above), the following mods are required: Cold air intake, exhaust, flywheel, clutch, hydra EMS stand alone tuning with lift and VVT or Apexi PFC tuned from 5500 - 8700 rpm.
