2017年5月12日 · I went with 7 saum over 7 wsm mainly for brass availability. Got Norma brass. I don’t know who else makes wsm brass besides Winchester, but there is an unnecessary markup on any wsm brass, whether it be 300, 7, or 270. $2+ for a piece of Winchester brass? Price gouging at its finest

2012年1月26日 · After crunching the numbers in Quickload, the 7 SAUM and 300 SAUM were top contenders, but the 300 made the cut. The larger bore diameter allowed slightly faster powders and a more efficient burn in the 16" barrel. If I was running a 20" barrel, the 7 SAUM provides significant gains (maybe next time).

2008年10月28日 · Re: 300 saum loads please My personal opinion is the bullets you are wanting to shoot are a tad too heavy for the 300SAUM, now if you were shooting the 300 WSM that would be a different story. The heaviest I would shoot is 175-180, but they really like 150-168 bullets. Varget powder is a good powder in it.
