2023年5月22日 · Used a Badger .312 lug, chambered the Shilen 5.5 bbl in 300 PRC AW2, bedded into an AG composites stock and also bedded the arca rail and pic rail for scope. Using factory Hornady 225 ELDM Match ammo the first three shots on the barrel was .302 MOA, the second three after cleaning was .48 MOA.

2024年12月1日 · I had some of that Federal dimpled ammo about 20 years ago and recall it shot pretty well. Note, I did have somewhat lower standards then for .22 ammo. The 711b at that time frame shot about the same for less money. 711a did not shoot well at all for me or anyone else I know that tried it back then.

2024年6月5日 · I'm a regular Bullseye shooter, now called Precision Pistol. The old boxes were good for iron sighted pistols, but those "new fangled scoped pistols" won't generally fit. I use an aluminum Strong Case pistol box. Indeed, with 3 pistols, ammo and a spotting scope the dang this is almost too heavy to lug around. Those classic boxes have a following.
