This MABBCO® Remanufactured Short Block is for a Dodge Chrysler 5.2 318 motor, model years 1985-1989. This engine is identifiable by its non-roller camshaft, its #530, #330, or #657 block casting number, and is commonly know as an "LA" engine.

Check fuel and ignition settings; adjust valves (where applicable). After the first 5,000 of service synthetic engine oil may be used. Follow your vehicle owner’s manual for service intervals.

2023年1月18日 · Here is an '85 roller short block with the roller cam. 9.2:1 cr with the factory flat top pistons. Too bad it still doesn't have the factory roller cam and lifters yet, they do well with the Edelbrock 1406 4bbl for performance just as they are with the 302 heads.
